One of the biggest questions we encounter is, “What does it cost?” Paying for an independent living community is a discussion for you and your financial planner, but we are here to help every step of the way.

The Village at Augsburg offers a Fee-For-Service (Type C) contract, which involves both a refundable entrance fee and an affordable monthly service fee that covers our many amenities and services. Health-related services are offered and paid for on an “as needed” basis.

Entrance fee residents enjoy priority access to the full continuum of care. Entrance fees vary by floor plan and finance option. We offer both an 80% refund option and a 50% refund option. Monthly fees also vary by floor plan but generally cover:

• Evening meal daily; lunch is available for an additional cost
• All interior and exterior maintenance
• All utilities and taxes
• In-room technology for community engagement
• Monthly housekeeping
• 24-hour emergency response system
• Local scheduled transportation
• Social, cultural, recreational, and fitness opportunities
